I am Ehiaghe Esther Ainabe an experienced Teacher, Health Educator, Life Coach and Community development advocate. I have a good knowledge of reproductive health, maternal newborn and child health through training at the university, volunteering and teaching experience..
I have the following qualifications; M.Sc (Environmental and Public Health Microbiology), PGDE , B.Sc (Microbiology) and PhD Medical Microbiology in view. I have over 10 years volunteer experience working with NGOs, 15 years teaching experience ( out of which 14 years have been used to consistently teach Biology ) and 3 years of Microbiology lecturing experience at the Institute of Health Technology, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) where I taught the public nursing officers and environmental health students. I currently serve as Head of Science Department, at Igbinovia Group of Schools, freelance as a trainer with London Professional Training Center, Benin City Campus and work with clients online as a Life Coach. I am a licensed and certified teacher by the TRCN and a WAEC examiner/marker in Biology 2.

In my Volunteer, advocacy and project coordinator roles , I honed my strategic management, monitoring evaluation and collaboration skills. My teamwork, people-centric nature, and willingness to go the extra mile has afforded me excellent communication skills. I am a UK certified Trainer (Highfield Awarding Body Compliance, level 3) and also a licensed Environmental Health Officer.

Team effort helped me achieve successful coordination of programs as Media team lead on Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Edo platform from 2018 to 2021. I had the highest number of face-to-face consultations (774 in number) and over 100,000 target audience reached in my role as a consultant Local Migration Expert with Seefar( an international NGO) between 2018 and 2019. As an experienced and personable communicator with a proven track record in training facilitation, my focus on building strong professional relationships, and the use of learner-centered methodologies has been a valuable asset throughout my career. I am completely fluent in English language and Edo language which is the language of the residents in Benin City Edo state. I am currently a volunteer for the Window on America in Benin City in the Education USA section. I have volunteered for HERFON( Health Reform Organization of Nigeria) for over 10 years on Primary Health Care and Maternal New Born and Child Health( MNCH).
Using my core competencies I can contribute to the work-force goals of your organization by imparting team mates both technically and behaviorally . I am a Uk certified trainer, able to teach using world class pedagogy methodologies. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools (outlook, teams, word, excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and meetings.
